| Crush Training Schedule Friday at Waialae Happy New Year! Training for 99/00 starting Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 99 and down 4:30-6:00 pm98 and up - No training.Non team players can train for a monthly fee of $40. This includes Friday clinic and opportunity to practice with a team in your age group. Fees are due at the beginning of the month.

U18s (born on or after 8/1/93) U17s (born on or after 8/1/94) U16s (born on or after 8/1/95) U15s (born on or after 8/1/96) U14s (born on or after 8/1/97) U13s (born on or after 8/1/98) Placements will be for one year (Fall 2010, Spring 2011, Summer 2011) and all players are expected to commit to playing for Crush Academy for the entire year not season-to-season. Double roster situations will be assessed after the teams are set and registration is completed on a primary basis. The following needs to be collected by each player applying: - Crush Risk and Release signed for the upcoming seasonal year - HYSA Player Membership Form - US Club Player Membership Form - $50.00 deposit check payable to: Crush Academy (it will be deducted from the Crush Team Fees), if the player is not placed on a team this check will be returned - if the player is new to the club they will also need a copy of their birth certificate and 1"x1" head shot photograph |
